Auctions
We host regular auctions at our Main Office property. Read below for more information about the auction process and upcoming dates and details.
What is an auction?
Auctions are conducted when an owner has lapsed the amount of time given to settle the amount due. Bidders compete for ownership of the contents of the unit; highest bidder wins!
How does it work?
All bidders must register at the main office, then travel to the site with units up for auction.
Bidders then have a few minutes with the door open to view the contents of the unit, but no entry or touching of contents is allowed.
Bidding is then conducted, with the simple highest bidder winning ownership of the contents of the unit.
Winners must pay in cash and clean out the unit within 24 hours.
What else should I know?
Call ahead: owners can settle their balance up to the last few minutes before an auction, so call to verify status before travelling
No deposit is required to bid, but all bidders must register prior to the auction start.
Some units may have a reserve. The existence of a reserve is announced, but not the reserve amount.
Unit owners, family, friends, or other agents of the owner of the unit are not allowed to bid on the contents of a unit.
No customer with an outstanding balance is allowed to participate in an auction.
Winners must place a $100 deposit on each unit won, refunded upon inspection of the cleaned-out unit.
